Azure Go to Market Manager

I joined Tech to be a constant learner. In tech I believe we have a great opportunity to collaborate and grow together and we need to diversify those developing and learning these solutions to ensure we are capturing all the needs of the market. This is why I mentor and coach younger generations to explore the great possibilities in Tech and start their constant learning journey.

Partner Solution Sales

I believe real change starts with small, intentional actions. I care deeply about creating spaces where everyone feels seen and heard. Being in Tech industry for the past 13 years, gave me the chance to turn that care into action. For me, inclusion is about listening, learning, and lifting others up, because when we all show up as ourselves, we build something truly powerful together.

Manager Business Services Consulting

I want to be part of the movement for greater diversity and inclusion in tech. I recognize that there are fewer women working in tech fields in our company, particularly in our IT department, and with even less representation at higher levels. I know from experience how hard it can be to get there. As a team leader, I commit to listening, learning, and advocating not only for cultural change but also for the structural changes necessary to support and enable women to move into leadership roles.

Quantum Education Ambassador

With 13+ years in recruitment across industries, I’ve seen that hiring diverse talent is just the beginning. Inclusion driven by open-minded leaders and teams is what truly makes the difference.

I’ve been in the tech sector for 20+ years, a theoretical physicist writing about tech – as a journalist and comms professional, and now raising awareness about the importance of education in quantum computing. While it’s nearly certain that we will achieve a quantum advantage over the next 5-10 years, we don’t have enough quantum software developers – so we really need to improve the situation with educating our quantum talent. I’m working hard to help make that happen.

CEO & Founder of the marthaverse

I mentor women and run masterclasses for women at universities and companies like Smartpurse. Education is a key decisive factor to close the gender gap. My marthaverse (a private space for collaboration in a virtual world) is dedicated to provide women a platform to connect and showcase their work. I am also a Founder of Global Women in Deep Tech consortium promoting female start-ups in Deep Tech.
