Your vote is what lifts these changemakers into the spotlight. These are the allies unlocking opportunity, backing female tech talent, and creating spaces where everyone can thrive.

These are your Diversity Ally Nominees
Dr Chantelle Brandt Larsen
Founder & CEO
Systematic-X

Chantelle is a true diversity ally whose impact extends far beyond her own achievements. She consistently champions others, creates inclusive communities, and uses her platform to ensure more people have access to opportunities in technology and AI. Her leadership is thoughtful, authentic, and deeply committed to helping others succeed. She’s absolutely brilliant!
Emilie Brandt
HR & CSR Manager
Legrand AG

In every rule she had, Emilie empowered the people around her to be more inclusive. She challenged the status quo many times putting women in the spotlight and advocating for more equality in the business. As an HR Manager, she made diversity and inclusion one of her main strategical goals.
Kevin Kretzer
Business Development Strategist
Liip AG

Kevin is someone who doesn’t just talk about diversity, but he actively helps make it happen. He consistently supports women-led organisations by promoting their events, encouraging others to attend and taking part in their initiatives himself. He understands that diversity is everyone’s responsibility, not just the responsibility of women.
He is a strong advocate for making sure women are represented on stage and have opportunities to share their expertise. He also encourages more men to participate in events organised by women’s communities, helping create conversations that include everyone instead of staying within the same circles.
What makes Kevin stand out is that his support is genuine and consistent. He shows up, contributes, connects people and helps build a more inclusive tech community through everyday actions. His commitment to diversity is not limited to one initiative or campaign, but it’s part of how he engages with the community all year round.
Matthias Wirths
Data Engineer | Tech Innovation
Accenture

I am pleased to nominate Matthias Wirths for the Diversity Ally Award in recognition of his genuine commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within the robotics and technology community.
Matthias has consistently demonstrated what it means to be an ally through both his actions and his support for others. He actively contributed to organizing Women in Robotics events, helping create an inclusive environment where women in robotics and AI could connect, share knowledge, and expand their professional networks. His willingness to dedicate his time and resources has been instrumental in the success of these initiatives.
Beyond event organization, Matthias has personally supported and encouraged women in the robotics community. He has taken the time to make introductions, amplify voices, and create opportunities for greater visibility and collaboration. His support goes beyond words—he actively helps people build confidence, expand their networks, and advance their careers. This type of sponsorship and advocacy is essential for creating lasting change in our industry.
Matthias leads by example, showing that diversity and inclusion are shared responsibilities. He consistently fosters a culture of respect, collaboration, and equal opportunity, making a meaningful impact on individuals and the broader robotics ecosystem.
For his dedication, active engagement, and unwavering support of women in robotics, I wholeheartedly recommend Matthias Wirths for the Diversity Ally Award.
