WS02 – Embracing Change: A Practical Workshop for Tech Leaders

Bring the change you’re wrestling with. Leave with a map of who’s stuck and how to move them. Join an interactive session, no laptops, just yourself.

More Info

“Everyone has access to the AI assistant now.” Decision made. Licences are live, the launch mail went out, the intro session was well attended — and then nothing moves. The sponsor goes quiet. A peer team says they’ll look at it after the quarter. Half your pilot group logs in twice and never comes back. It feels like resistance. Usually it isn’t. They’re on the same road as you, just a few steps behind.

In this interactive, no-laptop session you’ll work on a real change you are driving right now: getting AI used in your team, a tool rollout, a re-org, a new way of working. We give you one simple model of how people move through change, and one question that tells you where any stakeholder actually stands. Then you use it. You map your own stakeholders, find the ones who are stuck, and decide what each of them needs from you next. You leave with a stakeholder map for your change, a short list of concrete next moves, and a question you can keep using long after Saturday.

Bring one change you care about. That is what makes the two hours pay off. No change-management background needed (beginner to intermediate). No hardware, no software, no pre-reading.

WS03 – AI Risk Management Workshop: Navigate Real Decisions That Shape Outcomes.

A Hands-On Session Where You’ll Navigate the Real Decisions That Shape AI Outcomes

More Info

AI is transforming organizations, but success hinges on managing data risk, governance, and the many decisions across the AI lifecycle.

This hands-on workshop skips theory and puts you in real AI dilemmas. You will see how choices at each stage affect compliance, risk, and outcomes.

Part 1: AI Risk and Governance
Map the AI lifecycle, identify where risk emerges, and learn to manage it. Explore the AI trust gap, how AI risk differs from IT risk, and how to embed trustworthy AI and practical governance without stifling innovation.

Part 2: AI Simulation
In teams, guide an AI use case from concept to production. At each step, make realistic decisions on data, teams, monitoring, and incidents. Choices earn or cost points based on real-world outcomes: innovation speed, risk mitigation, compliance, trust, and business impact.

Why it matters
AI governance is a strategic capability. Organizations that balance innovation with governance outcompete those that treat risk as a brake.

You will leave with

  • A clear view of AI risk

  • Practical AI governance essentials

  • Insight into how decisions shape AI quality and risk

  • Confidence in the why behind AI risk management

For executives, risk and compliance professionals, data scientists, product leaders, students, and anyone curious about AI governance. No prior AI expertise needed.

Expect an interactive, energetic session with team work, realistic dilemmas, competition, and real insight.

WS04 – From Difficult Conversations to Stronger Teams

An interactive workshop to navigate conflict, communicate across differences and strengthen teams

More Info

Conflict is part of every team, but how we respond to it can determine whether people feel heard, valued and able to thrive. In this interactive workshop, we will explore how misunderstandings, different communication styles and unspoken assumptions can turn everyday disagreements into difficult conversations, particularly in diverse teams. Rather than avoiding conflict, we will look at how to create spaces that are safe for disagreement and use them to strengthen trust.

Through reflection exercises, group work and practical tools, participants will explore what can sit underneath conflict and learn ways to approach challenging conversations with greater curiosity and confidence.

Whether you are a manager, team member or simply someone who sometimes finds difficult conversations… difficult, this workshop is for you. No previous experience is required, the workshop is suitable for all levels and no laptop or other equipment is needed.

WS05 – Ist das wirklich ein guter AI Use Case?

Interaktiver Workshop: Wie ihr AI Use Cases systematisch beurteilt und sinnvoll priorisiert.

More Info

WS06 – Beyond the Office Firewall: Securing your Digital Life

When the office firewall ends, who protects you? (interactive workshop, no laptop needed)

More Info

Cybersecurity conversations at work tend to stay at work, but the same people making security decisions in the office are also the ones managing passwords for aging parents, spotting (or missing) deepfake scams in a family group chat, or deciding how much private information to share online.

This session brings a financial-sector security practitioner’s lens to the risks people actually encounter outside the workplace: deepfakes and AI-enabled scams, social engineering and privacy hygiene, public wi-fi and sockets etc. Rather than a fear-based “here’s everything that can go wrong” talk, the session uses a human-first, practical approach: real scenarios, interactive discussion and take-home habits participants can apply immediately — for themselves and the people they care for. By the end of the session, participants will be able to:

  • Spot the tell-tale signs of manipulated content and social engineering like phishing attempts, AI-generated video/audio fakes and more
  • Understand what happens to their data once it leaves their hands; how platforms and advertisers profile and monetize personal information
  • Read the warning signs of real-world digital traps outside the home: public wi-fi networks, malicious QR codes etc.
  • Walk away with a short, concrete checklist for locking down their devices and accounts that make up a typical household’s digital setup.

WS07 – Upgrade Available. Still Me.

Self-leadership, authenticity and growth in times of AI.

More Info

AI is changing the way we work, learn and make decisions. But while technology continues to evolve, one question becomes increasingly important: How do we grow and adapt without losing ourselves in the process?

In this interactive session, we will explore what self-leadership means in times of constant change. Together, we will reflect on our strengths, values and sources of resilience, and discover practical ways to stay authentic while navigating uncertainty, new expectations and rapid technological developments.

This is not a session about AI tools. It is a session about the human behind the tool.

Expect reflection, exchange, inspiration and concrete insights to help you grow with confidence and remain true to yourself in an AI-powered world.
