At Fruitful we employ AI to make happy plants. That is, we create deep tech for indoor and vertical farms to make food production economically sustainable and resource efficient.
Growing plants in a vertical farm is like cooking a nice dish – it is important to know when to add new ingredients and to be in full control of the environment. Hence, data is key in learning on how to get the best outcomes: minimize resources needed, optimize for time, increase nutritiousness of the produce.
Fruitful employs state-of-the-art data streaming, image processing, and machine learning to ensure quality consistency at scale. We develop and distribute proprietary IoT technologies that allow (tech-minded) farmers to capture all relevant parameters of their growth environment, flexibly adjust conditions and optimize a wide range of plant recipes in real-time. Our unique data is processed within the cloud, analyzed in real-time and used to optimize growth by remotely adjusting the plant growth environment.
