Welcome to #wetechtogether
#wetechtogether is Switzerland’s leading conference for empowering women in tech – and anyone who’s passionate about building a more inclusive industry. For two days, we bring together forward-thinking companies, diverse female-led tech communities, passionate professionals, and curious allies.
The result? A vibrant space for learning, connecting, and celebrating diversity.
This isn’t your typical tech conference.
We welcome people from all backgrounds – whether you’re deep in the industry, just starting out, or simply exploring what a future in tech could look like. No coding chops required. Just curiosity, ambition, and an open mind.

2026 Special – Ally Ticket
Diversity doesn’t happen in a vacuum. Real inclusion means making space for all voices – and showing up for each other.
The Ally Ticket is your chance to help foster a tech space that reflects the world we live in. Bring your ally to #wetechtogether 2026 and get 50% off for your second ticket.
How does it work?
When you register, you can apply for an Ally Ticket – a second ticket at 50% off. You either bring your ally, or you bring someone you’re an ally to. Simple as that.
Who’s it for?
This ticket is designed to encourage balanced representation. Whether you come from different genders, ethnicities, socio-economic backgrounds, or lived experiences – wherever you are on the diversity spectrum, it’s about showing up together. This bundle is for teams that bring a mix of identities and perspectives, because that’s how real conversations on diversity happen.

This was #wetechtogether 2025
What attendees say
#wetechtogether 2025 has received a lot of positive reviews from attendees. Here’s a glimpse of what they had to say about their experience:
I liked that the conference was organised by women for women. It felt like a community and everybody was so nice. The people attending the fair, the people who organised the workshops and the sponsors.
The keynote on Saturday was brilliant!
I loved that the women leaders who founded a company talked about their experiences, and among the audience, there were 18-20-year-old girls. I loved that they got a chance to listen to the very inspiring women. This is really powerful.
Nowadays, many companies highlight values such as diversity and inclusion, but not many
truly put these values into practice like at #wetechtogether.

Emelie Emanuelsson is an engineer, sustainability advocate, and community builder who believes the world becomes a better place when everyone gets the opportunity to shape it.
With a background in mechanical engineering, Emelie works at Siemens in Switzerland, where she drives circularity strategy and sustainability reporting, translating ambitious climate goals into tangible outcomes. She also initiated Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day (IGEday), an annual programme that brings thousands of girls and non-binary young people aged 13–19 into engineering workplaces across Sweden to experience what a career in tech can look like.
Based in Switzerland for the past five years and originally from Sweden, Emelie is living proof that engineering careers can be both technically impactful and deeply human and that real change starts with opening the door for the next generation.
