Work Culture
Deloitte Switzerland describes its culture as open, inclusive and collaborative, with a strong emphasis on learning, transparency and respect. In FY25, the firm invested over 120,200 hours in learning and development — an average of 39 hours per employee — and welcomed 405 new colleagues.
