As society changes, so too does the labor market. The need for new work models, flexible working conditions, remote work, and a better work-life balance are becoming more pressing.

After our co-founder Priska Burkard introduced facts and figures on women in tech, doi brainstormed solutions to the challenges.

The workshop revealed surprising findings. While employers offer flexible working conditions, they often fail to make them visible or keep their promises. Employees’ needs don’t always match what employers offer, and different people in an organization have different needs.
